What is Stretch Fusion?
Stretch Fusion is the home of the Mobility Spa™. Stretch Fusion is a compilation of modalities and techniques for treating and restoring soft tissue with an emphasis on FST (Fascial Strength Therapy). It includes massage, multiple stretch techniques, various forms of myofascial release, and basic treatment modalities such as heat, muscle stimulation, and cryotherapy. The foundation being FST.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mild muscle contractions, we promote thoughtful and reflexive stretching to promote both physical and mental well-being.

Suzanne has always been passionate about health, wellness, and exercise. She is actively involved in all forms of fitness including HIIT, running, weightlifting, and dancing.

Korinna grew up in Munich Germany and moved to Knoxville from Florida in 2018. After coming to Stretch Fusion as a client, she became amazed with the ability to change lives through movement. It didn’t take long for her to inquire about joining the team.

Stephanie has always had a passion for helping others. Stephanie became involved in stretch therapy after seeing the benefits it made in her own lower back pain as well as in her daughter who is a high school runner.

Justin has a deeply rooted passion for balancing a life of physical activity with long-term vitality. While serving as a career firefighter Justin has come to understand the importance of functional recovery, while restoring and maintaining mobility.
